Access performed a maintenance on my a/c unit and the next day it was blowing hot air. They sent a second tech who told me after checking that the compressor was shot and I would need to buy a new unit, about $3000. I was suspicious since I just had servicing, so I had another company give me a second opinion. This tech showed me that the wires had been cross making it look like the compressor was bad. He corrected the wiring and the unit began cooling my house. I cancelled the contract and asked for a refund; my request was ignored. I will not deal with Access again
