Pharmacy staff is rude and completely unprofessional!!! I have chronic pain and I am prescribed pain medication monthly, I have so for 6 years. I have used Walgreen for 2 years now with the same doctor and same medication and every time i fill this medicine i am treated like a junky! they tell me it is policy that i have to wait to have my meds verified by my doctor so it will be the following day, and this is fine with me, yet i receive an email stating it is ready 30 mins later and Ive turned it in after my doctors hours, i returned at 8 am to pickup my prescription and my doctor does not open till 9 am. Another instance is I turned in paper script early and was told I would have to wait I knew this but then they told me it was policy that they could not hold my prescription over night.
