I boarded my pup twice and both times he cam home with a cut on his eye the first time and the second time his nose. My pup is an AKC agility dog that is around other dogs all the time and he has never been aggressive and charge dogs from his crate. Yet that was the excuse I was given! I will never take my dog back for boarding. This facility won best kennel award in 2010 so I figured it is a top notch facility, but it is not and I an extremely unhappy! :( Maybe it was a sign that they haven't won an award since 2010! Ugggggggg
