Glass doctor tried to replace my Mazda CX-9 side mirror. After 30mins working on it, they gave me back my car with the side mirror only taped to the base. They said it was more complicated than they thought and suggested I take it to the Mazda dealership to have it installed correctly. They sent me off without charging me any fee. Well, come to find out, they broke two of the snap-on joints where the center pivoting meets. They seemed to have wired everything else right, but because the snap on are broken, my mirror now can't be adjusted automatically unless I pay for a second new mirror. It is a shame that a business their size can't hold up to their workmanship and can't take responsibility for what they broke. There is no point for me to return and dispute this. I lost two hours of work which is about the cost to replace another mirror.
