No communication, no follow up call and then to take 8 hours looking at my car, finding out that it was my battery and not even ask if I wanted a battery to replaced? This will be my 4th time in about the same probelm and seems to me that each time they find another reason of what is causing the prb. Wonder sometimes if they just want to avoid taking care of the issue to have you back to continue taking money out of your pocket! more
