First of all, the staff is SOOOO SLOOOOWWW. Give yourself an extra hour to wait for the staff to manage their computers and poke around who knows doing what. It isn't like it's ever that busy there. The lobby is clean and it doesn't smell in there, like a LOT of pet boarding places around here. But don't expect your animal to get any care at all when you board them. They put it in a kennel, maybe feed it, and hope to get it back alive. My (housetrained) dog was dehydrated, depressed, and smelled like she had been left to defecate in her kennel after I picked her up after boarding over the weekend. I think this place can give shots but don't expect much more. It is certainly not a "Spa," as they advertise.
