Don't go there! We brought him a carpet shampooer that wasn't spraying water. Instead of providing an estimate, as we expected, he serviced it for $170. A new one of the same model is $147 at Wal-Mart. We were not happy, but paid and brought it home. When we tried it, it still didn't spray water, and now one of the rear wheels was hanging off. Since they were closed by then, and we had company coming, we bought and used a new one. When he opened on Tuesday, we brought it back and asked for our money back.
