Amy and co-worker offered excellent assistance. They listened to what I was looking for (hardwood and carpet) and provided excellent suggestions and advice. All aspects of our project that they were involved with and responsible for went well. Communication was great as well.
Installation of the hardwood floor was excellent, but we had a negative experience with installation of our carpets. This is done by subcontractors and I took this issue up separately with Carpet to Go.
