I went in to have the freon level checked because my A/C was not blowing cold. Turned out I had been driving on a blown radiator. The A/C was switching off because the car knew it would overheat otherwise. The service advisor came to give me the news that my car was going to cost $1189 to repair and that instead of needing freon...I needed a new radiator, hoses and a thermostat. I cried. My husband has been out of work for two years, our savings account had been wiped out a long time ago and we did not have $1200 to repair the car. The service advisor left me alone to collect myself and when he returned he said that if they used "after market" parts, they could save me alot of money and then the service man said he could do the job in 4 hrs instead of the suggested 4-1/2 hrs.....in all, my bill was reduced to $550.00 + tax. They offered to let me pay $200.00 when I came to pick up my car (the next day) and they allowed me to write a post-dated check for the balance that would coincide with my next payday. I would not have been able to get my car serviced without this and I was completely blown away by their grace and kindless. They explained to me that they truly cared about their customers and that it wasn't all about the money. Well they proved that to me and I can't say enough good things about my experience.
