I called AV Connect after doing an internet search for a home tv fixit company to help me with some issues I was having since the previous company I used chose to never respond to phone calls any more. Chris was extremely responsive to my needs and fixed all of my issues. The person who originally set up my system sold me a piece of junk universal remote. I explained to Chris what I wanted and he made a recommendation for me and set it up exactly how I wanted it. Since I'm not a techie kind of person, I rely on people with Chris's skills to help me with my needs. I would never go anywhere else when I need these types of services.
