I asked them to dry clean a $130 Julie Brown dress from Neiman Marcus. We get the dress back completely ruined and covered with mysterious black marks all over it. Rihanna said their insurance company will give me $20 for the dress because they allege Neimans sold me a fake Julie Brown dress. What a load of crap. These people have cheap prices and they do cheap work. \r

Go figure, they barely speak English, they ruin your clothes and refuse to give you the name of their insurance carrier and they operate their business without the proper licenses. \r
