Sterling Optical

I have been going to Dr. Platt for the last eighteen years. I started going to him when he was with Pearl Optical in California, MD. After we moved a couple of hours away, I tried several other optical places that were closer, but none of them could get my prescription right. I always ended up returning to Dr. Platt. Since he is now working with Sterling Optical, I have had no complaints. When there were issues with a pair of glasses I go,t he was able to find the error and get them fixed with no charge. Lenscrafters would charge me for another exam. On another occasion, wWhen it was too difficult to drive all the way to California to pick up the glasses he was more than happy to mail them to me. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I give them my highest endorsement. more
