I was dissatisfied with the internet service in the hotel. Although I was able to connect in my room, it would frequently drop service to the point that I could not get my work done. That is my main reason for being dissatisfied. Also, the service at the front desk was substandard. However, the managers were VERY accomidating, as well as the staff in the executive lounge and the bar staff in both the Mahogany Bar and the 3rd floor bars. I give them all an A+! Also, I very much enjoyed the gym.
