WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS LIMOUSINE SERVICE!!!\r
They will call you several times when it comes to taking your money, it's usually a guy named Ed, about booking your reservation and making payments. The cost was very low is what had my interest, but believe me there is a reason!!! After taking a chunk of change out of my account & making me sign a document, I never heard back from them. The day of my event I assumed I would hear from them just confirming again the time and address for pick up, since it had been over a month since our last correspondence. I ended up having to call them to confirm, and call them again at the time of arrival because they had not showed up yet. (which they would not answer my call the first 2 times) The limo driver finally shows up but goes to the wrong side of my apartment complex and never pulls back around, so I then had to call the office again so they could reach him (they had not given the driver my number) After about 30 minutes past our pick up time we're on our way. After arriving to the club we went to, the limo driver drove back some others that had driven up with us without my consent. I was later told had they done any damage to the limo that I would've been charged and brought to court, even though they were not the ones who signed the contract and should not have been driven without my permission. After the club closed we went straight home and were even home before our drop off time. A $50 tip in cash was given to the driver by three of my friends. It was my 21st birthday party so I was pretty sick by the end of the night, so my friend signed on my behalf confirming that we had been dropped off at the correct location. I checked my bank account that following week and noticed there was a $50 charge on my card from Utopia Limousine. I immediately called and was told it would be taken care of. Then I get a call back from Ed saying the limo driver didn't receive a dime from us and that there were two signatures saying to remove a $50 transaction for a tip. This was followed by much arguing back and forth and Ed yelling and demanding to not interrupt him and then he hung up on me. My mother, who works in the legal field, helped me deal with this unprofessional moron. Long story short he read the name on the document and it was not mine, nor was it my signature, so the money should be refunded. He also made several accusations about time of arrival & drop off that were false, & followed by if we ever need a limo again not to use them. Which WILL NOT be a problem, but I want to save everyone else from making the same mistake, they are extremely rude, unprofessional, and don't know the 1st thing about running a business!!!!!
