I agree with Faith's comment above. She is biased and unfair when it comes to a self employed individual that is having income evaluated for child support. She will take 1 qtr of your self employment income of the current year even though previous years were provided to base your yearly income on. She does not take into consideration, taxes, overhead, payroll or expenses. There are multiple cases where she does not abide by the 20% that TX provides as a guideline creating financial implications that not only affect the individual ordered to pay child support but the child themselves. She refuses to look at tax documents and bank statements that should support the fair and just amount that is ordered to be paid.
