NEVER DELIVERED CUPCAKES...NEVER DELIVERED CUSTOMER SERVICE.A Gainesville Florist the day came and went and the flowers were never delivered. I called them that evening and left a voicemail message that expressed my dissatisfaction, but I did ask that they call me back because they had taken my credit card information and I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to be charged for anything at a later date. I also felt I deserved an explanation. They didn't call me back on Tuesday and that evening I called and left another voicemail message. I finally got in touch with someone on Thursday and they gave me attitude. They stated the girl that took the order wrote Tuesday instead of today and that is why they were not delivered on Monday. They also said that they didn't call me back because they didn't charge my credit card and they didn't think I needed an explanation as to why the flowers were not delivered. They never once said ""I'm sorry."" BEWARE of this A Gainesville florist They are bad news! They also call themselves ""Baby Cakes""
