I was forwarded to a responsible and efficient serve supervisor who was able to reassure me of a solution and set up an appointment for the next business morning. When I arrived on Monday morning, Sean was bright eyed and provided a friendly greeting and reassurance that I would be completed within the hour. The best part was that I arrived at 8:15 for my appointment and was completed as promised within and hour, with my car freshly washed and running properly.
