The motel is not the newest, but for the money is far superior to other hotels we have used over the past 5 years (15 stays). This was the first repeat visit to any because for us it is the best. It is centrally located right off the highway but no so close that you can hear it. We travel from the Cape to the NH line and this is very convenient. Breakfast is included and it is very welll done. Beats places that charge twice the price.
