What a disaster. I ordered from this place on a Sunday. I ordered online thru Grubhub at about 130. Ordered a veal parm sub and side of pasta. 45 minutes later my phone rings and it was them to let me know they were out of veal. so after a couple of minutes trying to figure out what I wanted. I finally ordered a chicken parm sub. Another 45 minutes pass and no food. so I call back and get the I just got here and yea that order already left. I was not happy and asked to speak with a Manager. Guy named Renaldo gets on the phone and gives me the song and dance that they are busy because of the game and they have a new female driver and that my order has already left and he will call her and call me back. Another 15 or 20 minutes later and the bell rings and there is the driver with my food stating she had just gotten the order. I took the food in the house and proceeded to eat my soggy pasta 2 hours later. No offer of a credit and no call back from the Renaldo
