The owner contacted me after I made my initial review/post and offered an apology for the tardiness of his response and for a lack of action regarding my account. I was told that he would see that my card was refunded. He also offered a complimentary cleaning should I choose to use his services in the future. I am still concerned that- according to the owner- the company policy is to not immediately refund a charge when it was identified that the charge was in error. The policy is they keep the payment until they can track down the correct payment source- a policy that is NOT customer friendly whatsoever. Having said that- the payment has been refunded to my Amex card, and I feel it is important to share that as a follow-up to my original post. While I have been fully compensated, the entire experience has left me with a less than stellar impression.
