I can't imagine being more disappointed with a business than I was when we bought my daughters wedding dress here. \r She found her dream dress online and we looked for a shop that carried the designer. Perfect Dress and one other did. We knew the shop didn't have the actual dress so they suggested coming in and trying on a few styles like it, which we did. Lucy was very helpful during that visit. We ordered it at that time, sight unseen, because it would take about 5 months to come in. \r About 5 months later, we received a call saying it was in. I asked if we needed to make an appointment and they said no. We went that day with her sister and her 2 sisters-in-law. Everyone was very excited as this would be the first time seeing and trying on her wedding dress. We were handed the dress and pointed to a dressing room. Not one sales person was with her the entire time she was trying on her dress. She's a tiny girl so her dress was made a bit too big. Her sisters helped her out of the room holding her dress up while she tried to hold up the top. Finally someone saw that we were struggling and she put a few clips on the back. There was a sash we thought was included with the dress that wasn't on it. They told us to check the bottom of the bag and it wasn't there. As it turns out, the sash wasn't included and had to be ordered. That took 4 months to be made and sent. (They did pay half of the cost for the sash for not knowing it didn't come with the dress.) Thank heavens they had a long engagement! We wanted to find a veil and we were left on our own to find and help her try them on. The only reason we bought the veil there was because we had a credit and didn't want to waste it. Everyone left that day, sad and upset, about what should have been a fun, exciting event.\r I know that no one was being paid that day because we had paid for everything when we bought the dress but this was ridiculous. When you pay almost $1400.00 for a dress, you hope that the bride would receive some sort of help and attention. We had purchased dance dresses from Perfect Dress in the past and thought it would be a great place to go. Unfortunately, for the most important dress of her life, we couldn't have been more wrong. more
