The grill on my 2013 Sonata needed to be replaced due to paint overspray from previous body work performed on the vehicle. Shawn ordered the part and it arrived within a few days. When I scheduled the service appointment with Shawn, I asked what day would be best to come in first thing in the morning since this would only take about 30 minutes to replace. My only complaint is when I arrived shortly after 7:00am, I was told that the technicians don't actually arrive until 7:30am. If this is normally the case, please don't ask customers to arrive when the service department opens so we can just sit and wait an additional 30 minutes for no reason. Having said that though, Shawn and his team were friendly, efficient and took care of my needs. I always recommend his team to friends who need service work done on their vehicles.
