I really appreciated the customer service of the service manager, Bill. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, and had the work completed when promised. I also enjoyed Jake's knowledge of the new Hyundai SUV's vs the one I own. His no pressure style was excellent balanced with the answers to all my questions.
