When I scheduled the appointment I was told it would take about an hour for the safety recall work to be completed. It took about an hour. The service representative was courteous and very through in explaining what had to be done before hand and what was done once the work was complete. She also notified me I was eligible for the millage rebate program and provided me the info needed to claim it. The customer waiting area was clean and free coffee, tea and vending beverages and snacks were available. The restrooms were clean. If you have to wait for your car to be fixed this is a good place to do it.
