We've had AW for about 3 years and have been happy until a few months ago. Since then, we've had a problem with missed pickups and rude customer service. In the most recent incident, I had to talk to 4 different services reps and the problem STILL hasn't been resolved. The last service rep was very rude, as she wouldn't let me explain the situation (she kept cutting me off). At first she tried to blame me for the missed pickup, but when that didn't work, she started blaming the other 3 ladies I had talked to for ""not doing their jobs."" She also refused to transfer me to a supervisor. It has now been two weeks since our trash was picked up, and for my trouble I was offered a $3 credit. Seriously? I called yesterday to switch us to different trash service.
