When I had first called to make an appt, I asked the gentleman on the phone about the email I received about my $1,000 savings card. I asked if I was able to use it on the services of my car & he replied, "yeah if you want to." He should've explained that it was a DISCOUNT CARD, not a credit/gift card. So my bill came out to $265, which is completely ridiculous for an oil change, tire rotation. & air cabin filter change. I can get an oil change & FREE tire rotation at Midas for $25 & I know how to change my own cabin filters. This is my first & LAST time bringing my car to the Sussman Hyundai dealership for work. more
