Products are ok, the owner is great but his wife has the worst customer service skills ever. She is rude and insulting. When the string used to raise and lower my blinds broke, she blamed me for it and referred back to when it was installed years ago. \r

I will never go back. Unless you understand the principle of the customer is always right, you should get out of the business. \r

Get blinds and drapes elsewhere and put them in yourself. Cheaper and do not have to rely on rude service if something happens.
