Hello folks, and yes Where do I start?, I want to give a little background of my problem, I bought a 2004 Chrysler 300e the guy recommended Cory and Neal at Transmedic, So I decided to give them a try, When me and my wife got there, we were impressed with how "" clean and professional and busy this place was.I entered and Neal, immediately acknowlege us with a warm welcoming smile.and friendly hello. I told him what the car was doing, Neal said you don't need a ""trasmission repair"" but a alternator problem.We were floored!,as We go to leave, my chysler wouldn't start completely dead"".Well the hero Neal, comes out leaves his other customers,and help me start up my car.""FREE OF CHARGE"" not only got my car going, but recommended, a Dynamite mechanic name Vos Automotive, Neal must walk on water"" I was in a real tough spot,and he took his precious time and, made sure I got to his friends shop ( next door) his friend equally impressive, tested my charging system, and he determined,all I needed was a LesScwab battery! My total cost Zero! Zilch! Nada! Nothing! I am still in shock at the professional courteos and funny attitude Neal has!..he kept my dying laughing, while I felt like crying"" I can't thank Neal and Cory enough..so if you are wondering who to take your car, its a no brainer Trans-Medic!!!..Amazing People doing Amazing things!..
