I don't expect to-go food to be the same quality as when I'm dining in the restaurant, but this wasn't even close. The delivery took 2+ hours. The pita bread was warm. That was the highlight. This system of "middle-man" delivery is broken. There are three different people who are involved (GrubHub, restaurant and delivery driver)...the complexity is reflected in the delivery time. Everything takes forever. And even when you're lazy enough to wait for it instead of picking it up yourself, it's later than the 80 minutes you signed up for. I'm out.
