I purchased a car from this dealer and was given deceptive promises which they did not unhold. They promised a refinance after 4 months, but when I returned to do this they said they could not do it because of my credit score. I have heard about other people that were deceived by this dealership and if they were smart enough to file complaints with the BBB and the Federal government to put this business in Atmore, Al out of business. Some of us cannot afford to continue to pay the large payment and only want to lower the monthly payment that we can afford, but they refuse to work with you in doing this, sometimes having to turn the car back in or let them reposesses the car then they have no means of getting around. They need to honor their sales promises when you do come back in.
