We're not fans of DirecTV to begin with, but we had to switch to them from Dish network because our condo is Sky Satellite controlled property in Daybreak, South Jordan. We keep getting bounced back and forth between DTV & Sky Sat with each company not taking charge in solving the problem or providing a new box. too many wasted calls & wasted time and no quick resolution. AVOID THEM !!
