I purchased a used RDX from Ray Newman recently and have been impressed with his follow up and desire to follow through on the deal. I had requested the front headlight be fixed (moisture on the inside of the lens) before the deal be finalized. Ray had gotten the condition approved, and had tried to reseal the lens but in the end, Courtesy ended up replacing the entire headlight assembly and control unit that burned out because of the moisture. This is my second Acura and have used Courtesy for years, and will continue to do so because they still believe in doing the right thing and treating their customers better than anyone else.\r

I also want to mention that Matt in service was fantastic. He continually following up on the progress of the vehicle. He discovered a scratch on the new lens when he delivered it to me. He immediately took it back to the detail shop, had them polish it out then had them polish the other headlight and made it look like new. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had.
