Very unprofessional. My boyfriend and son ordered flowers for my birthday. The owner was told I would only be working a half day and the flowers needed to be delivered by a specific time. She promised the flowers would be there early. The flowers were delivered AFTER I had left for the day. He had to tell me about the flowers and I had to call the receptionist at my office to see if they had been delivered. I had to drive back to work to pick up my flowers. Upon calling the shop I was given a list of excuses as to why they were late. This was the first and last time my boyfriend will use this shop.
