I had a family emergency and had to leave town in a day. My car was already due for an oil change, and driving 10 hours without it seemed like a bad idea. Tim's took me in without an appointment, let me wait while the work was being done, and checked everything over (and replaced a part they found it needed) in preparation. Plus, great, comfy couch for the wait!
