I knew that the noise my car was making could be the end of my healthy car. I've been considering getting another car, and I wanted to find out how much the recent needed repair was going to cost. After finding out it would cost more to fix the car than it's worth, I declined the fix. The people I spoke with were very understanding and did not pressure me to fix the car. They then proceeded to talk to me for 15 minutes about things to consider when buying a used/new car, advice for looking at the Carfax and brands to consider. Great customer service!
