I took my son and daughter in. My son had a stylist named Sara, and my daughter had Ashley. Both very friendly, but only one could cut hair. Ashley did an amazing short bobbed haircut on my little girl, and didn't just start cutting, she showed us pictures of the hair cut and had us choose what we liked and also gave us her opinion about what would best frame my daughters face, but Sara left long pieces around the ears and a cowlick was left to long leaving me to bring him back in to have someone fix it...I will be coming back and getting my daughters hair trimmed by Ashley. My sister had a party and said its been nothing but chaos since they scheduled. They get called 3 times a week asking the same questions over and over. About cupcakes and what time the Party is. Hopefully it's just kinks they have to get through since they're new. If you can pick a stylist go for ashley. I,.m not sure of the other girls. I think Sara just needs practice. Bc she was friendly. \r
