In my time at Reno Academy of Combat I have enjoyed myself a lot. Learning mixed martial arts has been a help for many aspects of my life. My confidence has been heightened, my health has improved, and I am better able to keep calm in stressful situations. \r

The staff that you will encounter at the RAC are a rag-tag group of genuine people who really know how to fight. Rick Collup, the owner of the gym, is a little qwerky, but fun to hang around with. Most importantly though, he and his instructors (Oscar Ramirez and Nick Barbarigos) will put you through your paces to make you achieve the goals you have set for yourself and be the fighter you want to be. \r
\r
Though I have never taken a Zumba class, Heather Collup has the gym packed with ladies and gentlemen of all kinds wanting to get fit and have fun. I couldn't imagine that her class would be anything but fun when it is filled the way it is. \r
\r
Best of all are the fighters you will be working out with. Though there are only a handful of instructors, the entire gym will be more then happy to help teach you and get you fit. We are a family here at the RAC, and we treat each other like it. \r
\r
Last but not least, there are no contracts or sign up fees for any of the programs. Rick is confident that if you have the will to be there, he doesn't need to trap you into a contract. And that is the final thing that I will mention, that because of the way the gym works you will be accomplishing something because YOU want to accomplish it. It really is a great feeling. \r
\r
I encourage you to come down to the Reno Academy of Combat. Drop ins are cheap, and I bet if you sweet-talk Rick he might even give you a free class or two, just to try it out.
