Well to say anything i was unhappy i was quoted one price on the phone and when i got there it was another price higher than expected. Plus i ran into a problem last night tryed to call them after hours and got a rude message on their anwsering machine and could not leave a message that i was not going to be able to make the appointment for saturday ...

Frist off to address the phone answering system I was not aware of any problems until you brought it to my attention low and behold our service provider Comcast did not inform us they have a phone switching problem which removed out greeting I am sorry for that problem you experienced. After talking to my service writer Jessie who you had spoken with on the phone when you first called and when you came in the price that was quoted was the same on the phone.The price was exact with taxes. If there was something other than that I would like to know. Our family has been is business over 35 years and we have not had any price problems like this. Jessie the service writer has been with our family for over 8 years and I dont hear these kinds of problems about him. Again I am sorry about the confusion about our afterhours phone system problems that we didnt know were going on. As A first time customer here at Caseys the last thing I want to happen is you not being comfortable coming in for any services.
