I was very impressed with the face that the technician arrived right on time, not to mention he was also very friendly and courteous. He showed me the problem areas of my carpet prior to treatment and explained that because of some of my deep rooted stains he would be applying more treatment than on a usual job which I totally anticipated. My carpet has been neglected for years by the previous tenants that lived here. It took a while to dry because of the amount of product applied, but the technician made me aware of that and was willing to come back with fans to ensure a faster drying time. He was very thorough and explained the amount of time it would take for the product to work and what I needed to do in the meantime! I am very satisfied with my service from Carpet Cleaning Matthews and plan on using them again in the future!
