Our family of 7 recently visited on a busy weekday night. We were immediately offered a table in the very back room, but opted to wait 10 minutes for a table in the much nicer main room (it's prettier and has more character). The waiter and the waiter's assistant were very helpful in describing the menu and answering questions. When the food arrived, it was excellent. One person had poblano soup which he said was superb. I had the green corn chicken enchildas which have always been excellent... the tomatillo sauce is one of the best around. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well. This restaurant has been at this location for over 25 years and despite the recession has always maintained a healthy business.... a definite favorite among locals.
