Horrible service. First of all they suckered me into signing up with them by saying on the phone you won an alarm system now the thing doesn't work. Four times I emailed and called them to ask them to fix the alarm so there is no more ""system phone communication failure"" and I keep getting the run around. We will have a tech call you back is the usually answer but the tech never calls back. I strongly recommend against using this company for your alarm needs. \r

Buyer beware they will sell your contract to another monitoring company without your knowledge and the promises and quality of service that were originally promised will not be upheld. They sold our contract to Safe home that sends police out around an hour after the alarm and does not call through our device to make sure everything is ok like originally promised. Make sure you make them write in your contract they will not sell your service to another alarm company!! Bait and Switch!
