We called Parkey's to repair our HVAC in our home. The technician was very polite and quite knowledgeable. We would have used them for the repair but their price was much higher than the company we ended up using. To replace our blower motor it was going to be $79 diagnostics, $225 to replace the part and $90 to handle the warranty paperwork and shipping (part was under manufacturer's warranty). The company I used had the part in hand and charged me $75 to change it out. The warranty paperwork is what really raised the red flag for me. That charge seemed ridiculous to me.
