With Budget Transmission Center, I have had to take the car back several times to have repairs completed. One of these times was because a part wasn't available. I don't think anybody even looks at the car until the afternoon, so whatever time I expect to have it returned to me is postponed.
It hasn't been a good experience at all. I have been very disappointed. I took my car there 8 or 9 years ago, and it was all fine; however, things have changed so much that I wouldn't recommend going there.

I am very sorry that you feel that way. It is not like us to have these many issues with any car. I value you as a customer and will do what ever we can to make it up to you. Again I am sorry I will work on what's going on to repair our scheduling issues and our time frame so that we don't disappoint you or anyone else.
