We were ready to replace old carpet in our family room, hallway and guest bedroom. We started at the big box stores, but were overwhelmed by the variety of styles, colors and quality. She helped us through the maze of samples and colors, narrowed it down to a few, and brought samples to our home for or final selection. The installation was performed on the promised day and time by very courteous and competent installers.
