I was very upset with my first order through grubHub. I placedmy order about 7:10pm I then received an email to confirm my order and expected time of delivery. The time to be delivered was between 8:10 and 8:20pm when I called the 800 customer service the rep said she would check on my order. Five minutes later Rosati's called me back to tell me my order was never processed. Rosatis didn't apologies and grubHub didn't either.
