I hate like hell to give them a bad review given that this is one of the few places I've found since we moved down here from western NY that has any real flavor...but we've had some issues. First, they often screw up the order. I don't understand what the point of having a "special instructions" section on the site if they *never read/follow them*! Also, there have been multiple times when the wrong flavor shake or wrong salad dressing has been delivered. Aside from this, the delivery is usually prompt and we still find their food better than almost any other place we've tried so far. I just wish they'd be more careful and accurate. It's pricey to have this food delivered so it's really easy to get frustrated.
