Was a loyal customer of this hair salon for 3 years along with my daughter with no concerns. However, I recently had my daughters hair cut and highlighted, price was fair but was not pleased with how the highlights turned out which I mentioned before leaving the salon. After leaving the salon and continuing to not be pleased with the color, I called back within 48 hours with my concerns and they immediately said to come back and they would fix it. Once services were completed and I was leaving, they mentioned for the first time that the cost would be an additional $50 which was a surprise since the original services were unsatisfactory. Just know that customer service was and is not a priority for the owner or the salon in our experience.\r
