If I could give this salon less than one star, I would. The stylist BUTCHERED my husband's hair. It's like she didn't even listed to the very detailed description he gave her and just did whatever the heck she wanted. He paid but then called back when he got home because it looked even worse when he saw it in better light. He went back to the salon and asked for his money back because of the poor quality of the hair cut, and the owner started CURSING at my husband, calling him an a**hole! She shouted that they didn't give refunds and said he got what he asked for. She then proceeded to say they had already cashed the check anyway (less than 30 minutes after the hair cut). Must be desperate if they would rather have the $12 than satisfy a customer.\r

There's obviously a reason why their prices are so cheap! Avoid this place like the plague and go to a real salon where the owner has some manners and knows what professionalism is! How embarrassing for a so-called business owner to behave like this.
