Balance Yoga is one of those rare studios where IT all exists! The variety of the kinds of yoga from Ashtanga to Vinyasa to Sivananda,Iyengar, Tri-yoga and from beginner to a 3+ hour Mysore program daily. Then add weekly belly-dancing classes. \r
Qualified and professional, most Balance teachers have at least one 500 hr certification with many holding multiple. \r
