The service advisors - Rick and Peter are great. Friendly and knowledgeable - they don't push unnecessary service on you, like at other dealers, just what you need. I've had different things done and have not had a problem. I even did a dumb thing and got my car stuck in a gravel area. During an oil change, I told them this and they did a quick check to make sure I didn't do any damage, which I didn't.
